About

Jaimee Troyer

MSN, APRN, RXN, PMHNP-BC

Jaimee is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health is a process involving the whole body. She likes to work with clients who are willing to make lifestyle modifications and invest in their overall health journey.

While medications have their place, Jaimee likes to utilize medications as a last resort. She will use a combination of laboratory studies, supplementation, lifestyle modifications, genetic testing, and medications (all as appropriate) to create the best possible treatment plan.

Jaimee is open to all age groups, but specializes in working with teens, young adults, and adoptive families. She worked as a counselor for teens and young adults for eight years before getting her degree as a nurse practitioner. As an adoptive mom, she understands different aspects of adoption and can provide support to adoptive families and children that were adopted. She enjoys the opportunity to get to know her clients and journey alongside them through the ups and downs of life. She uses a variety of different therapeutic techniques and is specially trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Julia Cichowitz

MSW, LCSW

Julia is as Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma-informed therapist who believes healing begins with honoring your lived experiences. She works collaboratively with clients to help them piece together meaning and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Julie practices from an integrative lens, combining person-centered, relational, and humanistic approaches with a commitment to ant-oppressive and harm-reduction values. She incorporates evidence-based interventions including Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to create a tailored approach for each client.

She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and is especially passionate about supporting people who are healing from trauma and the lasting impact it can have on relationships, self-worth, and daily life. Julia’s style blends warmth, authenticity, creativity, and humor, helping clients feel supported enough to explore even painful patterns and experiences.

She understands that seeking support can feel overwhelming and at times discouraging. Julia hopes to offer a space of curiosity and compassion, encouraging clients not to give up on the process of finding the healing and connection they long for.
